Stand on the board and flex your knees quite low, shifting your center of gravity down over the trucks. Shift your back foot back so it's on the tail. Pop the tail back, as you would while you're doing a manual, except all the way to the ground. Then pop it up into the ollie. Don't start in motion just yet.

So, recently I’ve been very intrigued in creating a custom skateboarding system, and have at least got myself moving, literally.
